Jack wheeled himself out of his room, grimacing when he briefly got stuck on the door. He was now dressed in the prim, neat navy blazer and white shirt of Silver Academy. "Okay, since the bus doesn't exactly have a way to let on a wheelchair, we have two options. Either someone carries me onto the bus like some damsel in distress, or we drive to school in the car that is currently rotting in the garage."

The teleporter whirred loudly. In seconds, Fernando was standing in the teleporter in the old factory. "I'll probably never get used to that," he muttered, stepping away. "Now I gotta wait for everyone else to come through."
