Lupinekit reared up on her back legs and tumbled over head over tail but managed to still catch it. She three it from the ground at windkit

Lupinekit dove, causing dirt to fly up in the aoir but she caught it none the less. This time she threw a roll back to Glacierkit

Trixie followed her mentor back into camp. Her muscles were sore and strained from the day's training, but she felt satisfied as she hadn't in a long time. She'd managed to get better on some of the moves; maybe she'd actually manage to catch prey soon.

Thornheart moved ahead of and disappeared by the leaders den and returned a moment later. "Uh eat up.." She said as she took a lemming for herself.
Lupinekit blinked her eyes and jumped to her paws with embarrassmen . "I'm so sorry!"

Trixie felt more hungry than she had in a long time. "Thanks," she mewed gratefully. She grabbed a wren from the pile, hardly even bothered by the blood and the feathers this time as she dug in. She glanced up at the kits across the clearing, purring in amusement.

Thornheart followed her gaze. "They are adorable sent they. Lupinekit is mine. But you wouldn't know by the color of our pelt . " she smirked as she looked at her own golden brown pelt then at Lupinekit silver tabby coat.

Trixie felt a jolt of surprise. "You're nursing kits?" She glanced at Lupinekit, then back at Thornheart. "So what are you doing training me?" She couldn't imagine training a cat and raising kits at the same time.

Trixie smiled. "Thank you." She was uncertain how long she was going to stay with the Clan. Was this somewhere her kits would always be welcome? Would she be better off raising them here, or on her own, or with whatever house folk would take them in? But for now, she was happy here, so here she would stay.
