Tessa looked a little uncomfortable and resorted to pushing her chips around the plate, knowing that she would be hungry later if she didn't eat and yet fighting the urge to push it away, the scent turning her stomach into butterflies.

His lips turned up in a somewhat relieved smile. "Ah that's good, I would hate to think about what it would mean if it was life threatening." The teen swirled his goblet from side to side, pondering over his next words. "But if it's some huge secret like... I don't know, teen pregnancy-" He nearly whacked himself in the face for ever mentioning it. "-as an example, we gotta just deal with it." Another cough. She had a vague idea at first, but then she remembered pondering this before. A couple years ago. She'd been almost certain back then. Perhaps her theory would be proven right in the coming days.
