- but her leader's grab came just a second too late as her back left paw fell into the water. She cried out as the rest of her back half met the same fate, and touched the pond's water underneath the ice. The water under the ice was freezing, and unforgiving, and it sucked her in and wouldn't let go. She cried out again, paws scrabbling desperately as she attempted to stay above the water.

Cue Bluestorm!  ) Grizzlystar swallowed hard. This was bad. Very bad. He edged his way to her still able to keep hi back legs on the ice. He extended his front paws. "Grab on!" He said softly. "Everything's going I be ok" |

Bluestorm had not fancied himself to just awkwardly blast away. With his ego in mind, he had followed them, wishing for any compliments that would arise. When he noticed the ice cracking and Grizzlystar facing Dawnblaze, taken to the pond, he cried out.
"No!" He blasted toward the pond, full-speed. He helplessly attempted to mend the cracks--struggling to dash across the freezing ice. He sprang into the cold water, swimming like a rowboat with a hole in the middle.
(I felt that Bluestorm couldn't leave that easily, without getting a good compliment xD)

Dawnblaze's expression was one of pure terror as she breathed heavily. One of her paws latched onto Grizlystar, but the other fell uselessly in the water. She gasped and saw Bluestorm out of the corner of her eye.
"B-B-Bluestorm, what are you doing?" She asked, terrified for the answer, as her teeth chattered. But even if he is trying to help, how would he even get me out of the water? All he's doing is practically drowning himself!
(Bluestorm is so desperate for compliments, I love it XD)

Gosh dang it lol)
Grizzlystar put all feet on the ice now and even his from paws ino the water. He gritted his teeth as the black depths seeped icy coldness into his bones. He couldn't imagine the pain of being in there. "Bluestorm push her up to me and I'll pull her out!" He instructed
And to make matters worse. A small beast was gaining in the distance. Tail fluffed, claws sharp, teeth snaggly, amber eyes hungry. The fox drew near.
Grizzlystar could already feel his first life about to be ripped away. He had one thought and that was to protect his clan at all cost. "Now Bluestorm!"

Bluestorm forced her out of the water, also pushing himself deep under in the process. The ice closed above him, and he swam desperately to the hard surface. He watched the faces of them from under, and took a gulp of air from a small hole. Then there was the fox. The fox pacing across the pond, and Bluestorm, with his fading mind, had the perfect idea. He desperately swam where the fox was standing, and started pounding the surface, wishing for it to open up.
(this is so tempting...to...)

The fox was not interested in Bluestorm. His eyes were fixed on the leader of Tundraclan. He paced around the other side. Drawing closer.
Grizzlystar spat. "Bluestorm!" He roared.
(Don't even think about it!!)
Then out of no where te fox charged full on and tackled Grizzlystar down in the ice. Both if them crashing through into the black depths of darkness

Bluestorm swam toward the leader and the wrestling fox, releasing bubbles on the way. He swam to the surface, gulped air, and swam back down, struggling to see his leader and the vicious fox

The fox had Grizzlystar pinned to the bottom. Grizzlystar was fighting with all his might. He clipped the ox on the shoulder and watched as blood bubbled to the open patch of ice. The fox went into an outrage but hit his head against a submerged fallen tree. Paralyzing the fox. However the branch broke and feel atop Grizzlystar. Grizzlystar couldn't move and started to panick. Finally he let go and just laid there. Letting the darkness creep in. He watched his own blood and the foxes blood float to the surface. He smiled lightly. It was pretty. The way the black waters changed the bloods color. Slowly the darkness embraced Grizzlystar quietly and warmly like an old friend. He didn't feel the dreadful coldness that bit at his bones. Or the shock of his wounds. Only peace. And then, nothing.

Bluestorm's eyes widened as he saw his leader's unmoving body. He can't be dead...he has more lives... He swam deeper, grabbing his leader's pelt firmly in his mouth. He let himself glide upwards out of the water, still struggling for breath.

Grizzlystar remained still. No breath stirred, no movement at all. He was just a dead wait dragging Bluestorm

Bluestorm dragged him onto the ice. With chattering teeth, he lapped gingerly at his leader's fur, hoping to bring back a heartbeat.

Grizzlystars wounds suddenly started to heal. His small frame regaine it's muscular shape and his pelt cleaned out. Then without warning he jumped up gasping for air. His eyes wide with bewilderment and fear but mainly happiness. Only to be aloe again. "Bluestorm! You ............saved ...........me!" He breathed out between his gasps for air

Bluestorm rolled his eyes. "StarClan saved you. They gave you nine lives, eh? Maybe if you died and regained a life under there you'd be a mer-cat, or something." He licked his paw, ignoring the chilling, icy cold feeling along his skin. I saved the leader...and I didn't make anything up...and I saved the leader..!

Grizzlystar shifted to his paws. He was a little shaky but was recovering quickly. "We need to get you both back to the clan. Now before my two Heros freeze"

Bluestorm's teeth chattered as he headed towards camp. I did something heroic without making it up...The she-cats back home will flock to me... He smiled, then looked back at Dawnblaze. No. I said I wanted her, and I do.
