A stunted, scrubby tundra fir grows at one end of the camp. Underneath its tiny, drooping branches is where the leader sleeps.

Grizzlystar sat out side on the few large rocks that surrounded his den. His bright amber eyes watched the camp as the normal clan life proceeded on with the day. It felt like many moons ago since he was made leader when in fact it was only two moons. He wished Fisherstar was still here. He was the father he always wanted.
Grizzlystar shook the thought aside and let out a yawn. It was going to be a nice day, he determined.
