Right on cue, Coral burst through the door in hysterics. "I couldn't find her anywhere! It's all my fault. I should've stayed out there with her when I found her wandering the beach and now she could be anywhere! What if she left town?"

Carnelian turned so that she was sideways, one side to Lepidolite and the other side to Coral and Morganite-- there as no way that they'd have their back to the strange visitor. Silently, they held out the deep blue gem, eyes wide.

Coral gasped and slapped a hand over her mouth. It took a few moments for her to regain the ability to speak. "Where was she? How did this happen?" Her voice was quiet, practically a whisper.

When her body began to reform again, it flicked through many brief images- several looked like she was wearing battle armour, before they slowly got more casual, then more elegant, skirts getting longer and hairstyles more dressy. When Tanzanite was finally done, it was more formal than the last- hair in a waterfall braid, skirt long enough to touch the ground, and a halter neck crop top. Her eyes stayed closed, not saying anything, not even a smile.

Carnelian stared at Tanzanite, amazed by the way that the small changes in dress made her entire being look so much more-- elegant? Distant? Cold? They weren't sure what the right word could be. They slowly lowered their axe to the ground, the blade splitting a few panels of wood.
