Sure enough, the train screeched to a halt in the station. Ricardo grabbed his and Giovanni's trunks as Giovanni swooned in the backgroud. "Better load these, then."

"That sounds good, yeah," she replied. "Oh! The train's here. We should probably track down Jane and Bianca. We have to embarrass them before they go."
Jane picked up her own trunk, following Ricardo and Giovanni onto the train.

Leo looked slightly flustered at the hug, and scratched the back of his neck as he sought a suitable response. "Uh, yeah, it was pretty good. I missed you all, though."
Izzy pulled Tessa and Elizabeth into a hug. "Stay safe, you two. And don't forget to write!"

"C'mon, let's get on!" Bianca hurried over to her parents for a brief hug, then grabbed her trunk and ran onto the train.
Ricardo re-joined his brother, taking his trunk. "You get on the train. I'll put this away."
Giovanni guided Nicolas onto the train, careful to help the boy up the steps as he called out last-minute goodbyes.
Elizabeth hugged her mother, sighing. "I'll write every week."

Jane called out a goodbye before she stepped up onto the train. She looked around for a moment at all of the others, who were chatting and settling down into their seats, before moving to the next car down with a small sigh. At least it was quieter.

Leo followed Bianca and his older brother onto the train, pausing to wave goodbye to Lyra and Rafael before he disappeared.
Tessa grinned, giving her father a last hug before jumping onto the train after her friends, dragging her case behind her.

Giovanni held the door open for the last few stragglers, before sitting in a compartment that Ricardo picked out.
Bianca glanced into the compartment the two older boys were in. Deciding that all of them in the same one would be too much, she popped into the adjacent one.

Jane looked up as a gang of rowdy (and slightly smelly) boys filled the car she was in. Wrinkling her nose, she decided to slip into the car where all the others were just as the train jolted forward and began its journey.

Nicolas had seated himself next to Giovanni, but felt around the wall for the small window into Bianca, Jane, and Cora's compartment. Locating the handle, he opened it and stuck his head through it. "Hello, ladies."
