Kari rolled her eyes. So they still haven't moved on from the forest. Great. They'd better not disturb the animals; my mother would be so mad if we had to travel to the village for food instead. Calmly, she strode past them to crouch by the river and fill her bucket.

Tikaani watched Kari out of the corner of her eye, her movements slowing down to a point where the water almost stopped moving. Snapping her attention back to her bending, she moved with this time too much force; so much that a wave came rushing towards them, drenching them. Tikaani stopped, coughing. Great, nice work, me.
