"Energy manipulation" is very vague though. It could be something relatively reasonable, whereas you specifically say your character has control over all elements and time manipulation. Even though you say the latter is limited, that's still a huge power. That is godly power.

But for clarification: it's not about whether he uses the powers all at once, or if it's limited or not, it's about the fact that he has those powers in the first place and is able to use them. That is all I will say.
