Cora paced an empty hallway, tears in her eyes. She could feel her breathing become ragged and shallow... she was shaking... her chest ached and she felt sick to her stomach. Not another one. Cora continued to shiver, feeling another wave of panic as her vision blurred. You've got no good reason to have another one, stop, stop, stop. Panicking will just make this stupid attack worse. Breathe, you idiot, breathe. Slowly, she stopped hyperventilating, however continued to shake.

Slowly, Cora felt the attack pass, continuing to take deep breaths. Relief flooded through her as her vision turned back to normal, her heart rate going down too. After a moment, she attempted to stand again, ignoring the dizzy feeling.
