Trixie looked up in surprise. "Oh, hello again," she purred. "I'm fine, those medicine cats of yours are really nice. They said my kits will be okay. Thanks for helping me, by the way."
When Grizzlystar walked back in and dropping the lemming in front of her, Trixie sniffed it uncertainly. It certainly smelled good, but it looked so odd, how could she ever eat something like that. Well, nothing for it, I guess. She leaned forward and took a quick bite. Her eyes widened in surprise. "It's good!"

Trixie dug in now, her hunger sharpening as she remembered how long it had been since she had eaten. Only when the lemming was nearly done did she remember her manners. "Oh, I'm sorry. Would you like a bite?" she asked Grizzlystar politely.

"Thanks," Trixie purred. She finished off the lemming, then licked her lips and started grooming her chest and paws. Once her fur was spotless again, she looked up at Grizzlystar. "Thank you, Grizzlystar," she mewed. "I promise, once I'm better, I'll do my best to help around here."

Grizzlystar got slowly to his paws. "I'll have an apprentice come check on you later. " and with that he walked steadily out of the den. Only to be replaced by the small silver and White tabby called Lupinekit. Her blue eyes sparkled as she saw Trixie. "Who are you?" She squeaked

"Nah. Your to big. " se giggled. " Maybe later. It's time for bed!" She cirped and wandered off to the little nest that was all her own. Soon enough she was fast asleep and still all alone
Grizzlystar returned again. "Since I could t find a ready apprentice I decided to bring you something more to eat myself. " he dropped the snow shoe hare in front of her.

Trixie finished up the hare, licking her lips clean. "Well, thanks anyway. I can't thank you enough for taking me in like that." As she finished speaking, her jaws split open in an enormous yawn. "Mrr, I'm tired. I think I'll try to sleep."
OOC: Would you mind if we skipped ahead a couple days? I kinda want to get Trixie a mentor and start training before she has her kits.
