"It's warmer than it was before," Vincent noted, once in. "Or, at least it feels like it." Lazily, the Gryffindor sank beneath the surface, shutting his eyes before his head went under and breathing out a sigh through his nose as he went.

Ricardo gazed at him for a moment before glancing away, settling himself on one side of tbe large pool. The rough rock edge was surprisingly cool against his back, of slightly uncomfortable.

Vincent swam silently beneath the surface for a bit. He found himself headed towards Ricardo, and in a moment of mischievousness, grabbed his friend's ankle, pulling him under.

Feeling fingers close around his ankle, Vincent tried to swim up to the surface, though it proved difficult with a person hanging onto him as dead weight.

Ricardo broke the surface first, laughing in triumph as he held Vincent's foot. Water splashed at the edges of the pool, lapping at the edge and pooling over.

Vincent surfaced a moment later, gasping and laughing and coughing all at once. He was able to stand on the tiled pool bottom, but had to hop on one foot with Ricardo holding the other. Grinning, he twisted around to face the Gryffindor, wet hair covering his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah." While he still managed to roll his eyes, his face reddened at Ricardo's touch. "You know that's not going to stop me, right?" Vincent said matter-of-factly, attempting a small smile.

Shrugging, he glanced up at the hands playing with his hair, gently taking them in his own and pulling them down from his head. "I haven't decided yet," he said simply, smile widening after a moment.
