Aisling sat on the roof of the Hecate cabin, a heavily bound book lying open on her lap. She frowned, studying a paragraph carefully before muttering a phrase in Greek and snapping her fingers. After a moment, a breeze built up around her, whipping her dark, shoulder-length hair about her face. But just as it had gained enough force to have a physical impact, it died down to nothing. Frustrated, the Irish girl ran a hand through her hair and returned to reading the book.

Andrea sat cross-legged on her bunk. reading. After a minute, she put down the book and reached under her pillow. Pulling out the invitation to the gala, she looked it over for perhaps the hundredth time. Vaguely, she wondered if Lukas and Andersen were going. Andrea hadn't gotten a chance to ask. She'd hardly seen either of them all week... Lukas was just outside, steeling his nerves. He'd procrastinated enough. Now he had to finally ask Andrea to the gala. He glanced at the Hecate cabin, trying to will himself to actually move towards it. |

Andrea put the invitation back and jumped down from her bunk. I'll go see if I can find them... She swung open the door, nearly running into Lukas. "Oh! Hi!"
