Rita, who was sat underneath the tree with a heavily bound book nestled in her lap, cried out in alarm and rolled aside as the girl crashed through the branches. "What in Merlin's name were you doing up there?" she demanded, brushing down her skirt with a frustrated huff.

Maisy blushed, her already pink cheeks becoming more flustered under Rita's harsh gaze. Her nerves evaporated as she giggled and exclaimed "don't tell me you've never practiced falling out of a tree? Wow, you are missing out!" She teased with a giggle

The Slytherin raised a finely shaped eyebrow, folding her arms across her chest as she scrutinised the younger student. "Can't say I have," she frowned, moving her brown gaze to the book on the floor, which lay open on the very page she had been studying.

Reaching swiftly down, the 5th year snatched the book away and scanned the open page "advanced potions, not bad" she said mid glance "urgh, these don't look like much fun, Rita!" She finished, still gripping the book tightly, a devilish glint in her eye, Rita wouldn't easily recover her textbook

Maisy winked and threw the book high in the air. With a flick of her wand the pages exploded into a flock of tiny yellow birds which flapped their wings and flew rapidly away. "Oopsie" she laughed, pleasantly
