Once the door was safely shut, and Tessa was certain that she was alone in her dormitory, she retrieved the journal from her case. "Ricardo knows," she said quietly. "I heard Giovanni tell him. And they were talking about us. I think they mentioned a potion or something, but I couldn't make much out from what they said."
